Studio 2 - Katrin Snell
Katrin Snell is a pet portrait and wildlife artist. Working mainly in coloured pencil and sometimes pastels or acrylic, her work is highly detailed and realistic, and she is inspired by the local surroundings particularly the Quantock hills and Exmoor. Snell is passionate about expressing the animal’s personality and character through the eyes, and because of this she will always draw the eyes first. She has been involved in local sculpture trails and used her artwork to support various charities.
