First course (Kemia, Tunisian mezze):
Brik, a pastry parcel filled with potato, capers and preserved lemon
Ajlouk qura’a, a courgette and pepper dip
Tajine maadnous, chard and dill frittata
Mbatten brouklou, cauliflower croquettes
Rougag, Tunisian flat bread
Second course:
Marget jelbana, lamb and pea stew
Lablabi, chickpea stew
Couscous with vegetables.
Third course:
Yoyos, Tunisian doughnuts.
