Supper Club: Scandinavian

Join us in the East Quay Kitchen for a smorgasbord of Scandinavian treats, with five delicious courses.
Scandinavian food is quite fish and meat heavy but there will be vegan and vegetarian options for each course. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies when you book and we will do our best to accommodate.
First course: Pickled herring and vegetables, gravlax and vegan carrot gravlax, fennel smorrebrod, remoulade, and pickles.
Second course: Deli meats, pate and mushroom pate. beetroot hummus on rye, carrot salad, and beetroot salad.
Third course: Roast pork or cauliflower, meatballs and vegan meatballs, and Jansson’s Temptation.
Fourth course: Selection of Scandinavian cheeses and seed crackers.
Fifth course: Selection of marzipan sweets and chocolates served with coffee/decaff.
