Natural Printmaking with Anna Chrystal Stephens - ANTHOTYPES

Join Studio 10 exhibiting artist, Anna Chrystal Stephens, in this all age family workshop of printmaking using natural materials and processes.

Family Workshop (All children must be accompanied by an adult for the workshop) suitable for 9+

£3 per family (Please make sure you include how many children and adults will be attending in your booking. Max. 4 people per booking)

During this workshop we will be making light sensitive emulsions and coating substrates to make photographic papers. Using botanical emulsions made from scratch during the workshop you will make colourful papers to take away and expose, as well as making your own Anthotype print during the workshop session. Learn about eco photography through this lo-fi, low-impact process, and discuss the lifetime of images; the prints can be archived away from light to preserve them, or displayed, gradually disappearing over time.
